Le portail collaborateur offre une fonctionnalité d'affichage dynamique qui permet de présenter des liens spécifiques, tels que my-onboarding ou my-events, uniquement aux collaborateurs pour qui ils sont pertinents. Ce principe d'affichage conditionnel garantit que la page d'accueil d'un collaborateur est épurée et ne contient que les actions ou les suivis qui le concernent directement, notamment dans le cadre de ses responsabilités en tant que parrain ou manager au sein d'un processus d'intégration. #### Conditions pour l'affichage des liens d'activités my-onboarding et my-events Pour activer l'affichage dynamique des activités dans le portail collaborateur, il est nécessaire d'ajouter un lien hypertexte vers my-onboarding ou my-events directement sur la page d'accueil. Ces liens ne deviendront visibles pour un collaborateur que si les conditions suivantes sont remplies : Le collaborateur est actuellement inscrit à un parcours d'intégration (onboarding) actif. Le collaborateur est défini comme responsable d'au moins une activité au sein d'un parcours (par exemple, en tant que parrain ou manager). Il est impératif de respecter scrupuleusement les libellés exacts my-onboarding et my-events lors de la création des liens pour assurer leur bon fonctionnement. #### Cas d'usage de l'affichage conditionnel pour les rôles de parrain et de manager L'affichage conditionnel des activités dans le portail collaborateur trouve un cas d'usage concret pour les collaborateurs ayant des rôles de parrain ou de manager. Par exemple, un manager désigné comme responsable de la validation d'une étape dans le parcours d'intégration d'un nouveau membre de son équipe verra le lien my-events apparaître sur sa page d'accueil. De même, un parrain assigné à des tâches spécifiques pour un nouvel arrivant (comme un point de suivi) bénéficiera de cet affichage dynamique, lui donnant un accès direct à ses responsabilités depuis sa page d'accueil. -
