[Plan de développement des compétences](https://support.quarksup.com/support-quarksup/former-et-accompagner?hsLang=fr#plan-de-d%C3%A9veloppement-des-comp%C3%A9tences) 5 mars 2026 # Comment effectuer le paramétrage initial du plan de développent des compétences ? ## Le paramétrage initial dans quarksUp implique de définir précisément la période couverte par le plan et de sélectionner la société sur laquelle seront réalisées les opérations de gestion. #### Gestion des dispositifs de financement et des budgets Lors du paramétrage initial, les administrateurs configurent les dispositifs de financement disponibles et renseignent un budget pour chacun d’eux. Cela permet de vérifier, lors du chiffrage des demandes, si un financement est envisageable. Il est également possible d’identifier, parmi ces dispositifs, un **dispositif principal** et un **dispositif secondaire** : - **Principal** : attribué par défaut à toutes les dépenses des sessions, lorsque le financement n’est pas défini via une Action. - **Secondaire** : utilisé uniquement pour les inscriptions via un Parcours de type CQP.
