# Comment effectuer une évaluation CES ?

#### Qu’est-ce que le CES ?

Le CES (Customer Effort Survey) est une évaluation rapide de la facilité de traitement de votre demande par le support. Il vous est envoyé par e-mail : quelques clics suffisent pour répondre.

#### **Pourquoi recevez-vous cet e-mail ?**

Après la clôture de votre demande, nous vous envoyons une courte enquête pour savoir à quel point il a été simple d’obtenir de l’aide de la part de notre support. Si vous ne recevez pas cet e-mail, pensez à vérifier votre dossier spam ou courrier indésirable.

#### **Comment répondre ?**

Il vous suffit de cliquer sur la note qui correspond le mieux à votre expérience, sur une échelle de 1 (difficile) à 7 (facile). Vous pouvez ensuite ajouter un commentaire si vous souhaitez préciser ce qui a bien fonctionné ou ce qui pourrait être amélioré.

Remarque : le CES mesure la simplicité (l’effort ressenti), et non la rapidité. Le support peut donc prendre plus de temps pour vous accompagner au mieux dans la résolution de votre problème.
