Le circuit de validation des éléments variables de paie peut être configuré par profil et par type d'élément variable. ### Profils autorisés à saisir les variables Par défaut dans quarksUp, la saisie des éléments variables de paie peut être autorisée pour plusieurs types de profils : gestionnaires RH, managers (pour leur équipe), et parfois les collaborateurs eux-mêmes. La configuration précise dépend des droits attribués dans votre instance. ### Circuit de validation pour les variables d'un profil spécifique Si un profil donné (ex. un référent administratif) envoie systématiquement les variables au mauvais circuit de validation, vérifiez le paramétrage du workflow associé à ce profil. Dans **Administration \> Workflows \> Variables de paie**, vérifiez que le profil est bien associé au bon circuit.   **⚠️ Important :** Un changement de circuit de validation des variables peut impacter tous les utilisateurs ayant ce profil.
