L'application quarksUp, spécifiquement dans son module BOARDING, intègre une fonctionnalité permettant de simplifier la saisie des informations bancaires. Lors du dépôt d'un Relevé d'Identité Bancaire (RIB) en tant que pièce jointe (PJ), quarksUp est conçu pour lire ce document et extraire automatiquement les données pertinentes, telles que l'IBAN et le RIB, afin de pré-remplir les champs correspondants dans le formulaire. #### Pourquoi la lecture automatique des RIB échoue-t-elle ? Si les informations de votre RIB ne sont pas lues automatiquement après son dépôt en pièce jointe dans le module BOARDING de quarksUp, la cause principale est généralement que la fonctionnalité de reconnaissance de caractères (OCR) n'est pas activée. Le bon fonctionnement de l'extraction automatique des données dépend d'un paramètre de configuration spécifique au sein de l'application. #### Comment activer la lecture automatique des RIB ? Pour activer la lecture automatique des RIB, suivez les étapes ci-dessous : 1. Connectez-vous à l'application quarksUp avec un compte administrateur. 2. Accédez aux **Paramètres de l'application** (Administration \> Paramètres). 3. Recherchez le paramètre `EnableMindee`. 4. Positionnez sa valeur sur `True`. 5. Enregistrez les modifications. Cette configuration active le service externe de reconnaissance de caractères (OCR) qui extrait automatiquement les données du RIB. #### Comment vérifier le bon fonctionnement après activation ? Une fois le paramètre `EnableMindee` positionné sur `True`, la lecture automatique est opérationnelle.
